Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Alador Technologies, LLC (“Alador,” “we”) collects through this website (alador.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our public marketing site and waitlist only. Our product application is governed by a separate agreement.

Information we collect

• Waitlist details you provide. When you request early access, we collect your email address and the category that best describes you (for example, a production company or investor). You may optionally arrive through a referral link, in which case we record which referral code sent you so we can credit the referrer.
• Privacy-first analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and collects only aggregated, anonymized usage data (such as page views and referring sites). It does not track you across sites or build an individual profile, so no cookie banner is required.
• Standard server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may briefly process technical data such as IP address for security and rate-limiting. We do not store your email address in our server logs.

How we use it

• To add you to the waitlist, tell you your position, and operate the referral mechanic.
• To send you a confirmation email and, occasionally, updates about early access and launch.
• To understand demand by segment so we can prioritize the first onboarding cohort.
• To secure the site and prevent abuse.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the waitlist, under their respective terms:

• Resend — stores waitlist emails and delivers our messages.
• Upstash — stores waitlist position and referral data.
• Vercel — hosts the site.
• Salesforce — our customer relationship system; stores your contact details and the business information you share with us (such as your email and the category that describes your business) so our team can follow up about early access.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@alador.com. We retain waitlist data only as long as needed to run the waitlist and launch the product.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email.
